HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?
We aim to respond as promptly as possible to all emails within a 24hr time frame within standard business hours. Please check your spam if you have not received a response within this time period. Emails are responded to in the order they are received. Emails will not be responded to on Saturdays. 
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?
Order Processing times are between 1-3 business days after order placement. Most orders are prepared within 24 hrs.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally and to almost all countries. Shipment times may be delayed up to 30 days and additional postage fees may apply.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please fill in the form on the contact us page with your name and order number for further assistance.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order you are unable to cancel it. If the order has not been processed, you may be able to change your products however this is not guaranteed.
